Who you're dealing with

What Floomi does

Floomi searches for travel prices, compares them with what a route usually costs, and alerts you when something looks cheap. Floomi is not a travel agent. We don't sell tickets or rooms, take payments for travel, or handle bookings. When you book, you do it on the seller's site, under the seller's terms.

Prices can change

Fares and rates change constantly. Every price shows when we last checked it. The seller's price at the moment you book is the one that counts, and it may differ from what Floomi showed. Extra charges such as bags, seats, check-in and local taxes depend on the seller. Where we show them, they come from the sources we name, and you should check them with the seller.

The pre-flight checklist, airline rules and country information are general guidance from sources we cite, not legal or travel advice. Check entry rules with official government sites.

Your account

You must be 16 or older. Keep access to your email account safe: anyone who can open your email can sign in to Floomi. Don't misuse Floomi: no automated scraping, no attempts to break its security, and no using it to send messages to other people.

Alerts

Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. A deal may be gone by the time you read it, and an alert may arrive late or not at all. Don't rely on Floomi alone for anything time-critical.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Apart from that, we are not responsible for the seller's prices, products or service, or for losses that happen because a price changed or an alert didn't arrive.

Paid plans

If we offer a paid plan, its price, what it includes and how to cancel will be shown before you pay, and you'll have the cancellation rights the law gives you.

Changes and ending

You can stop using Floomi and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell account holders by email before it applies.
